It consists of over 4,200 houses, condominiums, and apartments along with recreational amenities, community buildings for social and civic activities, and retail and commercial centers. Apartments The Gateway Apartment Homes Marina has maintained The Gateway since construction, and this has helped in understanding the design intent and addressing problems unique to this property. Throughout the passageways and parking structures are planters with microclimates, creating challenges for proper irrigation, plant selection, and pest control. The irrigation system is extensive, and the valves, spray heads, and Netafim pipe require continual attention. The palms and trees also get regular inspection and programmed care to ensure strong, healthy plant material. Marina's complete maintenance program has helped make The Gateway a beautiful place to live.
