Working with the owners, Marina's design and construction team completely renovated the outdated and non-functional outdoor spaces of this custom property. Combining classic design form with contemporary building materials and color palettes, four distinct spaces now provide stunning views and outdoor access from virtually all the rooms within the home: the atrium at the main entry, terraced pools and entertainment area, dining terrace with fireplace, and a meditation garden. Other highlights include a sun deck, cutting garden, and a refurbished bluff trail to the beach below. The planting scheme unites the elegance of flowering trees and shrubs, succulents, and clipped hedge work with a coastal environment sensibility.
