Smith Residence

The Smith Residence is located in Crystal Cove, a custom residential community in Newport Beach, California. The Smith Residence has unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park and the hillside community of Newport Coast. Working with the client and architect, Marina Design Group was able to provide a stunning fountain water feature that sets the theme for the courtyard entrance. The rear of the house is designed to work with the interior that faces the ocean, accentuating the outstanding views. Some of the amenities include an infinity pool, spa, fire pit, and koi pond, as well as an outdoor kitchen and dining area. These amenities are intertwined with level changes and a Mediterranean planting scheme that creates a seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces.
