Since beginning the landscape maintenance at Harbor Cove, Marina has put practices in place that have enabled the community to have a consistently clean and orderly appearance. The monthly landscape inspections not only provide quality control but also offer a look toward the future to schedule upcoming landscape needs, including fertilization, annual color, and a three-year tree trimming program according to the need of each tree species. Marina continues to work closely with the Board of Directors and the management company of Harbor Cove to meet the challenges of growing and maintaining a beautiful landscape.
