Client: C.S. Legacy Construction/Owner: City of Mission Viejo
Sergeant Matt Davis Park, a new neighborhood recreational area was built in 2007 near the intersection of Camino Largo and Barcelona Drive in Mission Viejo, CA. Marina was a subcontractor to C.S. Legacy Construction, Inc. and hydroseeded almost two acres of tall fescue throughout the park. Tall fescue is dense, durable and requires low maintenance. This beautiful park, set in a lovely neighborhood, has a gorgeous view of the city below. It contains a vibrant purple and red playground area with a variety of children's play equipment. There are benches and tables throughout the grounds, and DG paths that meander past flowering gardens. The park is utilized by families within the community for socializing, sports, and fun activities.
The Vista Grande Park Improvements Project transformed a long‑unused 17‑acre site into a vibrant, landscape‑rich community park featuring expansive open lawns, drought‑tolerant planting areas, and new shade‑providing trees integrated throughout the site.
The Alondra Park Multi‑Benefit Stormwater Capture Park Project enhances the park’s overall landscape by integrating both recreational and nature-based elements.
