Raley Field

Sacramento, CA

Raley Field is home of the River Cats and the stadium opened on May 15, 2000. This Triple A Baseball Club of the Oakland Athletics is situated on the shores of the Sacramento River with a capacity for 14,680 fans. The field surfaces were designed by Murray Cook, MLB’s official turf consultant and all materials were selected and developed by Marina’s in-house sports group and Matt LaRose, the River Cats first Head Groundskeeper.

Marina installed new landscape and irrigation systems for this project, along with a re-location of the high line mainline to maintain the system during road widening operations.
