In 2002, The Triple A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants Baseball Club built a stadium and field that was even grander than their cross state rivals in West Sacramento and on May 1st, 2002, opened the stadium to a great standing ovation as the contractors responsible for the stadium and field walked out onto the field including Marina Landscape, Inc. Marina was selected to build this field and was instrumental in value engineering the field components using past experiences and reliable vendors to bring a top quality field to downtown Fresno.
