Marina collaborated with Skanska together with 29 other small businesses in completing this 6.6-mile Exposition Light Rail Transit Phase 2 project extends the Expo light rail line from Culver City to Santa Monica, just four blocks from the Pacific Ocean. The scope of work included 14 miles of track as well as five at-grade stations and two aerial stations. Additionally, the project included one mile of elevated transitway and added a new bicycle path adjacent to the rail line.

The Purple Line Extension Section 3 project is a design‑build effort led by Tutor Perini and partners to construct 2.56 miles of twin‑bore tunnels and new Westwood-area stations, with civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and landscape design provided as part of the integrated station design package.

This design-build project includes the Phase II alignment of the Expo Light Rail Line from Culver City to Santa Monica. The 6.6-mile extension will link downtown Los Angeles to the 4th Street and Colorado Terminus Station. This urban project requires miles of street alignment through both the cities of Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Marina's challenges in designing the landscape construction package include creating landscape continuity along the miles of rail line, creating a sense of place within each community and at each of the seven stations, and adhering to multiple municipal and MTA requirements during the design and construction phases.
Marina has the privledge in joining West Coast Construction in developing the NCTD Sprinter Mainline in Oceanside, CA. This project consists of irrigation and landscape (mainly hydroseed) for the mainline track, bike trail, and the 14 stations along the sprinter rail line in northern San Diego connecting Oceanside to Escondido.
Marina has the privilege in working with Walsh/Shea Corridor in providing irrigation and landscaping services for various stations and segments in the new K Line transit route.
