Project consists of removing and replacing existing site features to repair and stabilize soil on the north side of the facility. Additional work includes soil remediation, reconstruction and improvement of embankment slope, and planting after reconstruction.
The new desalter plant in Camarillo, CA doubles water production using local groundwater sources. Water filtration used includes greensand filtration and reverse osmosis to produce quality drinking water.
Jones Reservoir holds about 50 million gallons of blended water and is disinfected for distribution. Work for this project includes irrigation completed by Marina.
Project improvements include the installation of a two-mile sewer pipeline carrying water from the north shore of Agua Hedionda Lagoon to the Encina Water Pollution Control Facility in Carlsbad, CA. Other work includes construction of a prefabricated steel truss bridge, wastewater lift stations, and a sewer force main pipeline.
