Mitigation EFFLUENT EQUALIZATION FACILITY STABILIZATION Project consists of removing and replacing existing site features to repair and stabilize soil on the north side of the facility. Additional work includes soil remediation, reconstruction and improvement of embankment slope, and planting after reconstruction.
