Marina landscape worked with Oltmans Construction for Amazon's new concrete tilt-up warehouse, site, shell, and T.I. buildout. This new developement has 36,241 sq. ft. of office space and two pick-mod mezzanine floors. Marina performed landcape work and irrigation repair for this project.
The Bauchet Storage Facility project was a 4,000 square foot project in Los Angeles, California. Working with the Los Angeles County Metro Authority and general contractor, S.J. Amoroso, Marina was tasked with the design and installation of new irrigation and landscaping for the Metro Support Services Center. An important factor to the job was making sure to produce a design that was not only aesthetically pleasing, but to guarantee it stayed within the guidelines of irrigation for the City of Los Angeles. Marina Landscape, Inc. was able to accomplish both.
