Gonsalo Jaime

Over the past two decades with Marina Landscape, Gonsalo Jaime has held several leadership roles that reflect both his dedication and growth within the company. He joined Marina as a Project Engineer and advanced from Project Manager to Branch Manager for the Northern California division before stepping into his current role as Vice President of Project Management and Purchasing. He credits much of his professional and personal development to the mentorship and support of Ali Tavakoli, Geraldo Flores, and Bob Cowan throughout his journey.

What excites Gonsalo most is seeing projects evolve from ideas into impactful results, along with the challenges and opportunities that come with the process. He also values the collaborative nature of the landscape industry—working closely with clients, teams, and partners to deliver successful projects while fostering an environment where individuals have the support they need to reach their full potential.

Having started with hands-on field experience and progressing through operations and leadership roles, Gonsalo appreciates the opportunity to contribute at every level of the organization while helping drive growth, quality, and long-term success for the company. Looking ahead, he hopes to see Marina continue to expand into surrounding states and new markets.

Outside of work, Gonsalo enjoys spending time with his family, especially by supporting his three children by attending their competitive soccer games. Watching them compete, grow, and work hard at something they are passionate about is incredibly rewarding to him. Their dedication, development, and success on the field are qualities he deeply values and looks forward to witnessing every chance he gets.
