During that time, she and her team cultivated a high-performing, purpose-driven workplace rooted in a growth mindset, psychological safety, and a culture of continuous feedback.
Christina brings that same passion and commitment to her personal life, where she and her husband are raising three wonderful children. The values of care, purpose, and growth that guide her professional work are mirrored in the environment she nurtures at home.
